About this project

This area can be called unique, if only because of its complexity. Fragmented ownership and issues related to spatial planning that exceed the municipal boundaries, have turned this area into an area that requires several years to develop. The stroke ‘Veeneind’ consists in total of 11 subareas. Ingenious has created 2 subareas and 1 subarea under development with in total 27 houses, as from 2010 up to today. 

About this area

In 2004, the municipal council of Rhenen established the area vision and the visual plan scheme ‘Veeneind’. A strip of 1,200 metres far outside the city of Rhenen and close to the municipal border of Veenendaal.

The strength of Veeneind

The area is characterised by its beautiful location, at the edge of the ‘Prattenburgse bossen’ and it is easily accessible. The characterisation exists mainly of semi-detached houses and detached houses with a lot of public green and high value architecture.
