Why Ingenious
When the economic crisis arrived in 2008, the traditional property market no longer flourished. It was time for a new way of thinking and to make projects and areas future proof again. Therefore, we incorporated Ingenious on 1 September 2009.
Today we face a similar challenge that requires a change of mind and decisiveness. The past few years, Ingenious has grown from a project developer into a mature area developer. Partly because of our years of experience, our resourcefulness and decisiveness regarding complex problems, for many we have turned out to be the proper partner for integral area development.
We are completely independent and can switch quickly. We have proven to be able to solve complex problems. We are a young team of professional who understand the market. That is Ingenious.

What we do
Ingenious develops projects, transforms areas and invests in future proof and sustainable buildings at absolute top locations. We make a high value end product, where people can live, work, shop and spend their leisure time in a carefree way.
How we do it
Ingenious is decisive and resourceful and has an individual view on property. By working with local governments, housing associations, social organisations, investors and fixed partners to create proper spatial planning, we are able to attune all interests of one area the right way. We focus on the market dynamics and the needs of the end user. This is our basic assumption regarding every development of investment we make.
About this company
Ingenious has been active, since its incorporation on 1 September 2009, developing risky projects and areas. Our primary work areas are the ‘Utrechtse Heuvelrug’, ‘Regio Foodvalley’ and ‘De Gelderse Vallei’. Our secondary work fields are the ‘Zaanstreek’ and the province of Zeeland. We focus on inner city area developments.
Our team consists of young, ambitious and independent colleagues with various expertise and who all love their work. Because of our flat organisational structure, we can make decisions quickly and because of our realistic view on the world, we create attainable projects. Our head office is situated in Veenendaal.
