Van der Heidehof

Project ‘Van der Heidehof’ was created on the area where almost 40 years one of the schools of the ‘Christelijke Scholengemeenschap Veenendaal (CSV)’ was situated. The municipality of Veenendaal, as former owners of this building, wanted to sell the area because of the new building of the ‘CSV’ somewhere else in Veenendaal. In 2012, the municipality held a developmental competition that Ingenious won, because of its inventive solutions for this area.

Ingenious has built 18 ground oriented single-family dwellings in this project, of which 10 intended for the Housing Association ‘Patrimonium’ housing service, which houses will be rented out in the social rent segment. Apart from that, Ingenious has built 40 care apartments for foundation ‘Zideris’ for people who are mentally handicapped, which apartments are taken over by the parent company of ‘Zideris’, called Foundation ‘De Opbouw’. Lastly, because of the restrictions regarding construction in the area of high-voltage lines, 2 office villas were built.
