‘Parc vendelier’ is one of the most exclusive office parks of Veenendaal and is situated at an absolute top location. Originally, three offices were designed in a green setting, of which two were built, but the third one seemed to be forgotten. Ingenious felt that this was an incredible waste, for at this area for years leading companies had been established, among which OLENZ Notarissen. Therefore, they felt this plan had to be finished. Ingenious bought the last plot and redeveloped the old plan of the single remaining office into 2 luxurious office villas in the same style and architecture. This was a success, for not soon after these new office villas were built for more beautiful end users such as Flox, FIER and Credion. These are all beautiful additions to this small-scale, unique business park.
