The project ‘Zanddekkers’ is situated in the scenic village Ravenswaaij, near the medium large towns of Culemborg and Tiel, and the beautiful historical towns Wijk bij Duurstede and Beusichem. Ingenious took over the project ‘Zanddekkers’ from the former project developer who had worked on this for 10 years, for it seemed to be forgotten. This was quite a challenge, for at former attempts, not one of the in total 44 houses were sold. Ingenious brought this project back to life, after nothing had happened in years, and very quickly the first houses were sold after all. ‘De Nieuwe Zanddekkers’ was therefore the proof that focus and attention does work. Currently, both phases are completed and all houses have been sold, and thus the vitality of the village is guaranteed. The offer of houses consists of a large variety from ground-floor flats to detached houses and everything in between these two types of houses.
