Living in ‘De Hooilanden’
In 2016, Ingenious bought a parcel of land immediately situated near the large-scale expansion area Veenendaal-Oost. In the end a project with 7 detached houses in a water area with a stay area and bird forest, came into being. This is a logical spot for building houses with a fine granule, as buffer between nature and housing estate.
The project was named ‘De Hooilanden’, because it was situated specifically near the nature area the ‘Binnenveldse Hooilanden’. What is exceptional about this area is that the local farmers take care of a large part of the management of the nature area that surrounds this area. Apart from the ‘Binnenveldse Hooilanden’, Veenendaal is surrounded by beautiful forests and heathlands, sand areas and vast meadows.
