Ingenious has acquired and developed the second and final phase of approximately 5 hectares. Ingenious is fully committed to sustainability and employment in this area. There is room for large-scale activity, but also for smaller companies. In addition, we do not exclude any sectors and we mainly look at the added value of the company for the region or a specific area.

The first phase of approximately 22 hectares of this area development has been fully allocated over the past 5 years by the municipality of Ede, with priority given to large-scale food-related companies. In addition, a large ICT company will establish its head office here.

The strenght of ‘Food & Business Park Ede’
Within walking distance of intercity station Veenendaal-De Klomp and located directly at the exit of the A12 highway. Food & Business Park is one of the more recent area developments in this area. The area is characterized by its good connection with the rest of the Netherlands. For example, you can be at Schiphol, in the port of Rotterdam or in the Ruhr area within the hour. Knowledge and talent are also within reach with the World Food Center and Wageningen University.
